I think the app has some great potential but could be greatly improved with some more features. I believe users should be able to post comments and information on each track, uploading photos of “obstacles”, and giving general advice on what sort of minimum vehicle mods are required to complete said obstacle. For example, Wheelers Track in Tallarook is rated blue, and has two different bog holes at the end. It would be great to be able to click on an obstacle, post a picture and give feedback on it. We tried the first bog hole in a NJ Pajero with 31” BFG KM3 MT tyres, 2” lift, and a rear locker and got stuck on our diff straight away. The other bog hole, by comparison, is very shallow and easy to get through. Being able to share this information on the app could save people lots of trouble when attempting obstacles their cars cannot handle, regardless of the track’s overall difficulty rating. Adding this feature would also increase the value of the subscription model, because as it stands, I do not feel that it is worth the a yearly subscription price. As of today, the Android App hasn't been updated in nearly 3.5 months, which to me, isn't a good look if you want to justify a yearly fee. (Granted, I'm not sure if there are behind the scenes updates happening, which improves the experience without updating the app itself). My other suggestion would be to be able to click on a track, and send feedback directly to the devs about overall track difficulty grading and obstacle locations, instead of being forced to post on the forums.
